Hollis Line Machine Company fabricates custom vacuum chambers and vacuum chamber components. Our capabilities extend from engineering support and consultation to full CNC machining and fabrication services. All of our vacuum chambers are manufactured in facility, where we have a variety of CNC equipment to choose from, including Large Vertical Turning.
Typical materials used for vacuum chambers include Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminum, and others. Our fabrication processes include metal rolling, precision CNC machining for vacuum components, welding assemblies to ASME specifications, fine finishing (mechanical polishing up to #8 polish), painting and much more. we can fabricate a custom one-of-a-kind chamber or production quality chambers.
All of our fabricated vacuum chambers are thoroughly inspected and tested using leak detecting equipment (vacuum chamber test certification is available). The commitment to produce a quality vacuum chamber in a timely fashion is a top priority at Hollis Line.
